Churches in Istanbul came together for a picnic
7 June 2018
On 3 June 2018, about 10 Protestant churches in Istanbul met in Polonezköy for a picnic.
In the morning, the church members that went to the picnic area enjoyed breakfast together. Then they left by buses leaving their churches. About 400 people attended the picnic.
The day started with the opening prayer by Bedri Peker from Dirisu Church. The devotional was led by Daniel Günay from the Agape Church, and Zeki Ataker from the Bible House Church preached.
During the picnic, which is an example of fraternal brotherhood, amusing games such as rope pulling and sack racing were played. The event ended at around 6 pm.
